Real Estate Snitch Wednesdays- Mark Pincus Second House For Sale

Mark Pincus and his wife have put a second home up for sale; a 2,875-square-foot property located on Shader St. in the affluent San Francisco, California neighborhood of Cole Valley the couple is asking 1.97 million for the recently listed house. The real estate snitch has reported recently that the internet entrepreneur had put another home on the market in the Presidio Heights for $8.9 million within a month apart from each other. Mark and his wife apparently are not afraid of the so called downturn of the real estate market. Hey!! "I aint mad at you", if you can do it go for it. In-case you don't know who Mark Pincus is- Mark Pincus, is the C.E.O. of Zynga, maker of FarmVille and other games. Check out his amazing house for sale.

What a huge beautiful room!! I love all the space there is to get around.

In this room you can do it all, go to sleep or stay up and watch a movie.

Look at the amazing leather walls in this bath.. Now will this suit the taste of the buyer? "I don't know" but I can't see this being a deal breaker.

What bold colors we have!!! “I can dig it”. I'm just not sure if the buyers will share my views but for the buyer you repainting is not hard. Don’t allow a little paint to rob you of your dream home because this house is smoking with beauty. I don’t know about you but I can appreciate the designer that lives in this home if only all buyers can be so fortunate to buy a home that has a live in interior designer.

Is Britney on the verge of renting this new address!!! Really is she doing it again or is she just making us believes or is it just a rumor? Well the Snitch has snitch out a bit of info that the pop star is ready to do it again (Move to a New Home that is). What I’m hearing is that it’s going to cost her a cool $25,000 a month hmmm wonder why she’s renting,when she can more likely purchase the place!!! She was previously leasing a 19,100-square-foot mansion with 10-bedrooms and 13-bathroooms in Hidden Hills, California; however, her new address is reportedly a two-story structure that measuresin at a little over 10,500-square-feet and includes a total of a five bathrooms and six-and-a-half baths. But hey The Thousand Oaks property features fine, custom-designed aesthetic details such as inlaid marble and wood flooring, heavily detailed wrought-iron staircases and exposed-beam ceilings in various areas throughout. The home also includes a capital of desirable amenities like an entertainment room, custom theater, wood-paneled library and chef’s kitchen. Wow sounds amazing!!! I can dig it… Check out the place and let me know if worth wasting $25,000 a month.

I hope you liked our first Celebrity life post !! As I bring you this post on Will and Jada I've been hearing some disturbing noise about the couple. Because I 'm not sure if its true or not I post a video that I hope will explain some things!!! I hope the rumors aren't true but all I have to say that this is a family I truly admire and oh did I fail to mention this beautiful home of theirs its just to die for... Beautiful just like their family.
